Kennedy does Thriller!

Sobe Life Water has a commercial out there that has lizards dancing to Michael Jacksons Thriller. Everytime Kennedy saw it she begged me to watch the video. I kept telling her that it might be a little scary for her but she insisted she could handle it. Well, she watched it twice and then started doing the dance herself. I thought it was pretty cool what she managed to pick up in just a few short minutes... and kinda cute too!

She told me she's going to keep praticing until she has it down perfect. I'll make another video if it gets any better.

Corduroy comes to visit!

Kennedy's kindergarten class has a class bear named Corduroy. Each child gets take him home for a few days and this weekend was Kennedy's turn. We are asked to include Corduroy in our daily activities and then write about what we've done in a notebook. The kids are also asked to draw their own picture of him. He will go back with Kennedy to school tomorrow and her teacher, Mrs. Carlson, will share the story with the class... but it will probably be a pretty boring story. All he has gotten to do is help Kennedy clean her room and go to Walmart for groceries. Oh well... she has been very excited to have him here and will miss him when he goes back.

I actually started this a while back but we never got it quite finished until now. We're not living in an exotic country nor do we have a baby on the way so please don't expect anything too exciting to be posted here. For now just some pics of the kiddies...
